How to best offer retail social media
One of our modules if to offer what we call “retail social media” and for example promote Facebook at POS. During a normal new member registration, the member needs to type in their personal data by themselves on the interactive display. We can ask the customer to interact with your brand via your retail social media. This will boost your CRM and you can see an increase in likes and fans to your pages.
Our experience shows that offering retail social media encourages your customers to post Like’s and promote your Facebook or any other social media page. In store is a great opportunity to boost your social media profile, ask customers to “check in” at your store and share with the world their latest purchase in your store.
