In the event of a faulty hardware units feel free to send the unit to the ID24 lab for examination. If you have warranty the examination and repair is done free of charge. When the warranty is no longer available we charge:

Examination fee 700 sek
Quick reparation 1- 2 hours 2400 sek (including a spare part)
Longer reparation 2+ hours 4800 sek (including spare parts)

Please notice some spare parts might not be available depending on which version of hardware you are using. So we cannot guarantee to fix all issues. We always check to make sure the batteries and LCD are fresh as part of our quality standards.
